SHIPPING WITHIN SINGAPORE
Singapore orders over S$60 ships FREE. A flat shipping fee of S$4 for orders under S$60. Delivery will usually take about 4-6 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders with product(s) total of over S$200 ship FREE. International packages with the product(s) total under S$200 ship with a S$40 flat rate. If we do not ship to your country, we will let you know.
CUSTOM CHARGES & INTERNATIONAL TAXES
International deliveries outside Singapore may be subject to applicable taxes, VAT and customs duties which are to be paid by the Customer. Please check with your local tax official to see what import duties and/or VAT you are required to pay in your place of residence. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you receive a damaged item, you have a window of 7 days from the time of delivery to request an exchange. Returns must be made within 7 days after delivery of your shipment. No refunds or exchanges will be offered after the expiration of the 7 days period. No returns or refunds will be issued due to customs delays or holds beyond our control, nor for unclaimed packages.
For a successful return, the item must be in the condition you received it – unused and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
To initiate a return for a damaged item, please reach out to us at hello@shopquintescents.com, including your order number and a photo of the damage to your product.
Customers are required to pay the shipping fee when returning any item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when you return the item(s) to us. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If a refund is approved, you will be refunded within 7 business days through the same payment method you used to make the transaction. However, please do allow a longer time due to transfers between payment systems.
